Your nightly rate covers the following essentials for the ultimate safari escape:
- Luxury suite accommodation
- Three sumptuous meals daily
- Selected local beverages (soft drinks, water, beer, select wines & spirits)
- Two safaris per day in an open 4×4 safari vehicle
- Value‑Added Tax (15%)

Please note the following are not included in the nightly rate and are payable separately:
- Transfers to/from the lodge
- Premium brand beverages
- Conservation Levy: R 295 per person per night, subject to change
Children, Sharing & Suite Policies
- Children under 12: Not allowed at the lodge
- Guests 12 years and older: Full adult rate applies; accommodated in separate suites
- Triple Sharing: Not permitted—each suite accommodates a maximum of two adults
- Suite Allocation: Private suites only; no interconnecting rooms
Booking & Payment Policies
- A minimum stay of two nights is required for weekend stays (Friday& Saturday)
- Standard cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled more than 2 months prior; no refund if less than 2 months before arrival
- Payment options: Credit cards accepted (Amex/Diners incur a 5% surcharge); bank transfers available
- SA residents may qualify for special South Africa & SADC rates upon request
